Returns & Refunds Policy
Please read this section before ordering. By placing an order, you accept the conditions below.
1. General return conditions
For hygiene reasons, shapewear and underwear that has been worn, washed, or whose hygiene liner or original packaging has been removed cannot be returned under our standard returns. Only unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging are accepted. This does not apply to our 90-Day Guarantee (section 6), which is designed for items you have worn.
All returns go to our partner warehouse. The exact return address is sent to you by email, together with the return instructions.
2. Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, email info@venialli.com with your order number; we will reply with the instructions. You then have 14 days to send the items back.
Only unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned under this right (see section 1). Return shipping costs to our partner warehouse are paid by you. Please do not send a parcel without telling us first: we cannot be held responsible for an uninsured return parcel that gets lost.
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner.
3. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation, as long as it has not yet been processed or dispatched. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Once your order has been dispatched, the return conditions above apply.
4. Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item. We will send you a refund or a replacement straight away, free of charge and without you having to send the item back. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
5. Refunds
Once your return has arrived at our partner warehouse and been checked, we email you our decision. If your refund is approved, it is paid within 10 working days to your original payment method (your bank may take a few extra days). If you have not received it 15 days after our approval, please write to us.
6. 90-Day Guarantee: love it or your money back
On products that show it on their page, you have 90 days from delivery to try your order. If it doesn't work for you, we refund you.
Conditions: the item has been worn regularly, as described on the product page, and you are genuinely unhappy with the results we promise.
Not covered: items worn for less than 30 days; damage caused by misuse, negligence or an accident; purely personal reasons (colour or style preference).
If your refund is approved, a ยฃ14.99 handling fee is deducted. This guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee: it is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.
