Delivery times

At VENIALLI, we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, while maintaining strict quality control. Delivery time is made up of two distinct stages:

1) Processing time (1 to 2 working days)

Once your order is confirmed, it goes through several internal stages:

Payment confirmation and verification,
Product quality control,
Secure packaging before dispatch.

Our team usually validates orders within 12 to 24 hours of being placed. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

2) Delivery time

Delivery time refers to the transit time between our international fulfilment centre and your delivery address. The average times observed are as follows:

🇬🇧 UK mainland: 5 to 10 working days
🏴 Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands: 7 to 14 working days
🇮🇪 Ireland: 5 to 10 working days
🌍 Rest of the world: 6 to 12 working days

⏱️ Total delivery time is therefore estimated at between 6 and 12 working days, depending on your location and the time of year.

All times shown are estimates and do not include possible delays related to customs, public holidays or exceptional circumstances (adverse weather, strikes, high demand, etc.).

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number. You can then follow the status of your delivery in real time.

If you do not receive this email within a few days, we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting our customer service team.

Delivery and delays

Our carriers generally deliver to your home address or to a collection point depending on your address. In the event of an unusual delay, our customer service team remains available for any checks.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure, strikes, customs delays, etc.), but we will always do what is necessary to assist you until your order is fully received.
